我们的日常生活中总会遇到这样的表达：
“你看起来二十多岁的样子”
“班里大概有二十多个人”
“步行到学校需要二十多分钟”
那么你知道“二十多岁”英文怎么说？
①twenty something
（something 作代词表示大致，左右）
他二十多岁了可以说：
He is twenty something years old
也可以直接说成：He is twenty something
20多个人=twenty something people
100多美元=one hundred something dollars
②I'm in my 20s.(twenties)
这是最简单的表达
in one‘s ＋基数词复数形式
20多岁也分前期，中期，晚期
二十多岁出头（前期）=I'm in my early 20s.
二十多岁中期=I'm in my mid-20s.
奔三（二十多岁晚期）=I'm in my late 20s.
再举个例子：
My mother is fifty something years old,
so she will retire in a few years.
我妈妈现在五十多了，所以她过几年就要退休了。
①描述准确年龄的时候：
1）be + 具体年龄的数字+years old
2)at the age of ……
The headmaster is at the age of forty.
校长今年40岁了。
②描述大概年龄的时候（几十多岁了）
1)in one's ＋基数词复数形式
2)年龄的英文 + something
③超过多少岁的时候：past
My grandfather is past seventy.
我爷爷年过七十了。
④不满多少岁
barely/nearly/just+具体年龄
My niece is barely seventeen.
我的侄女还不满17岁。
⑤差……到多少岁：
off
His son is three months off eighteen．
他儿子差三个月满18岁。
⑥快满多少岁
1）be getting on for +具体年龄
2）someone will be+具体年龄+years old
He will be sixteen years old．
他快满十六岁了。
当基数词表示不确切数字
如成百、成千上万，三三两两时
基数词则以复数形式出现
好几百的 = hundreds of
好几百块 = hundreds of yuan
类似的
好几万= tens of thousands of
好几万块 = tens of thousands of Yuan
（ten 和 thousand 都要加 s ）
英文里没有"万"这个单位
1万 = 10千= ten thousand
例句：
